These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of boldenquantum.com (the “Site”) and any purchase from BOLDEN QUANTUM89 LABS LLC, doing business as BoldenQuantum (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

This address is our mailing / registered office address. We are an online retailer and do not operate a public showroom at this location.
2. Products
Product titles and descriptions state whether an item is human hair or synthetic fiber. Colors, density, and length can look different on screen than on the item you receive. We do not guarantee a specific appearance on every wearer.
3. Orders and pricing
We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price or description error occurs, or we suspect fraud. You will receive an email confirmation after you place an order. A contract is formed when we accept the order and charge payment.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping unless checkout says otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Processing times, delivery estimates, and undeliverable-package rules are in the Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns, hygiene limits for wigs, and refund timing are in the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to break the law, interfere with the Site, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
7. Intellectual property
The Site design, logos, text, and other content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission, except to browse and place an order.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and products are provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties that are not required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Kentucky or federal consumer law that cannot be waived.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from the Site or an order. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Kentucky have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
