Information from service providers

We do not receive or store your full card number or CVV.
8. Marketing communications
If you subscribe to emails about new products or offers, we will use the email address you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in the email or by writing to support@boldenquantum.com. We will still send transactional emails about orders, shipping, returns, and account activity.
9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy:
- Order, shipping, payment, and tax records: as required by U.S. and Kentucky law, generally at least 7 years
- Customer-service correspondence: as long as needed to resolve the request and for a reasonable follow-up period
- Account information: until you ask us to delete the account, unless we must keep records
- Analytics and device data: for a limited period needed to operate and secure the Site
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

California residents may request:

13. Do Not Track
The Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
14. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email support@boldenquantum.com and we will delete it.
15. International visitors
We currently ship only within the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
16. Third-party websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or checkout tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy.
17. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. The updated Policy applies when it is posted on the Site. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
