Shipping policy

BOLDEN QUANTUM89 LABS LLC, doing business as BoldenQuantum (“we,” “us,” or “our”), ships ready-to-wear wigs to customers in the United States.

1. Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the United States only.

We do not ship internationally.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes if the carrier cannot deliver to that box.
We do not offer in-store pickup. The address on this website is our mailing and registered office. It is not a public warehouse or showroom.

2. Delivery time

Standard shipping to the United States takes 5–12 business days after payment is confirmed.

That window includes order processing and carrier transit:

  • We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days.
  • Order cutoff: 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. CT begin processing the next business day.

These times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, and incorrect addresses can add time.

3. Shipping cost

For addresses in the United States:

  • Standard shipping: $3.99
  • Free standard shipping on orders of $50.00 or more (before tax)

The shipping amount shown at checkout will match these rates. We do not add extra shipping fees after you pay.

4. Carrier and tracking

We ship with a common U.S. carrier such as USPS, UPS, or another carrier we select for that order.

When your order ships, we email the tracking number to the address used at checkout.

5. Address accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address.

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or refused, you are responsible for the original shipping cost and any cost to reship.

6. Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the item arrives damaged, email support@boldenquantum.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when you can.

We will work with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund when the claim is valid.
