Refund policy
At OLDEN QUANTUM89 LABS LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customized, personalized, or digital products are not eligible for return unless defective.
- How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@boldenquantum.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
