Refund policy

BOLDEN QUANTUM89 LABS LLC (operating as BoldenQuantum) accepts returns under the terms below.

Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached if tags were included.
- Hygiene exception: wigs that have been worn, styled with heat, cut, colored, or washed cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return
Email support@boldenquantum.com with:
1. Your order number
2. The item you want to return
3. A short reason for the return

We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Do not ship a return without an RMA.

Return shipping
You pay return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless the return is due to our error, damage in transit, or a defective item.

Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if we ask you to send the item back.

We may decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
